Anti-Spam Policy

Clockwatch is committed to ensuring that all messages sent through our platform comply with applicable laws and industry best practices. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines the standards required of all users of our services.

1. Consent Required

All clients must obtain explicit, verifiable consent from individuals before sending them any messages through the Clockwatch platform.

  • Consent must be opt-in, not assumed or implied
  • Acceptable opt-in methods include: form submissions, SMS keyword replies, checkbox agreements with clear consent language, or any documented affirmative action

2. No Tolerance for Spam

Clockwatch has a zero-tolerance policy toward unsolicited messages (spam). Clients may not use our platform to send:

  • Messages to recipients who have not consented
  • Misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content
  • Prohibited content such as adult material, hate speech or violence, fraudulent, illegal, or misleading links
  • Messages advertising restricted products like firearms, tobacco, drugs, controlled substances, etc.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3. Opt-Out Requirements

All outbound messages automatically include a clear opt-out mechanism. Texting STOP opts out from receiving text messages and adds to a list of phone numbers that can't be added again unless the customer explicitly responds with "start" or "unstop" to the messages received.

4. Enforcement and Monitoring

Clockwatch actively monitors platform usage to detect potential spam activity. We reserve the right to:

  • Review client message content and sending patterns
  • Suspend or terminate access to the platform for any client found in violation
  • Report serious violations to carriers or regulatory bodies as required

5. Reporting Abuse

If you receive unwanted or unauthorized messages sent via Clockwatch, please report them to: support@clockwatch.co

Include the sender's phone number, a screenshot of the message, and the date/time received.
