• Business clients who use our platform and services
• Visitors to the Clockwatch website
• Individuals who sign up for promotional messages at retail locations powered by Clockwatch

This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to the privacy practices of Clockwatch's clients. If you receive a message from a business using our service and have questions about your personal data, please contact that business directly. In such cases, Clockwatch acts solely as a service provider and processes data on behalf of its clients in accordance with communicated instructions.

2. Our Role in Data Processing

Clockwatch may act as:

• A business, when collecting personal data from Clockwatch's clients or website visitors for our own operations
• A service provider, when processing subscriber data on behalf of Clockwatch's clients

We do NOT use subscriber data for its own purposes except to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Clockwatch Collects

From Clients:

• Business name and contact information
• Login credentials and authentication records
• Billing information and payment records
• Support requests and communications
• Records of account activity and settings

From Subscribers (on behalf of clients):

• Phone numbers and/or email addresses
• Consent records (opt-in time, IP address, etc.)
• Message content and engagement data
• Opt-out requests and suppression list data

Automatically:

• Activity logs and usage data
• Cookies and related tracking
• Error logs, diagnostic data, and security event records

Under CCPA/CPRA, the categories of personal information we may collect include identifiers, customer records information, commercial information, internet activity information, geolocation data, audio/visual information, professional information, and inferences. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information except as required by law or provided voluntarily with consent.

4. How Information Is Utilized

Clockwatch uses client information to:

• Provide and support its platform
• Manage accounts, billing, and communications
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving service performance
• Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use of the platform

We use subscriber data ONLY as instructed by its clients to deliver communications and maintain compliance records.

5. TCPA and Messaging Compliance

Clockwatch provides tools to help clients comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including consent logging and opt-out handling. However, each business client is solely responsible for obtaining proper consent, including opt-out instructions, and ensuring compliance with all laws.

6. Disclosure of Information

Clockwatch may share personal information with service providers, legal authorities when required, as part of business transactions, or to prevent fraud and security threats. We do NOT sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

7. Data Security

Clockwatch utilizes reasonable industry-standard technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, and secure hosting. Despite these efforts, no method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices
